Belgium-native Laurent Véronnez, better known as Airwave, can be considered as one of the pioneers who meticulously handcrafted the sound of Progressive Trance as we know it today,  back in the mid-late 90’s.

His early EP’s were championed by Progressive superstars Sasha and John Digweed, before Dutch Legendary DJ Tiësto made him one of his sure players in his sets back in his own glory days, thanks to Airwave’s follow-up EP’s. After that, countless DJ’s, from Digweed to Armin van Buuren or even Richie Hawtin recently, got to play a record of his.

With 5 albums under his belt, countless singles and remixes, and two decades of commitment to the genre, Airwave has become a safety value for the scene.

Airwave has contributed to countless DJ careers, including the other Dutch Superstar Armin van Buuren, America’s own Markus Schulz, and Brighton’s finest John 00 Fleming, among others.

As a touring artist, the world saw him get multiple appearances all over the world, touring in Asia, Canada, all over Europe and the UK, and now Australia and the US at the biggest venues and Festivals in his scene.

His close relationship with die-hard fans made the dj and performer that he’s become, while the quality of his music from A to Z is being seen as timeless and sublime by the audience, relentlessly craving for a new production of his. Thousands of new people literally discover the man every single day.

His latest records on JOOF Recordings, Bonzai Progressive, all have had several high spots and features in the Beatport Charts and Playlists.

On top of this, LCD Sessions, his monthly radio-show, is gaining extremely good feedback among the progressive trance lovers from all over the world, as the show is now being aired on dozens of radio stations worldwide.
